Started with a single rehab and a veteran crew. Turned vacant, beat-up SFRs across DFW into workforce housing — 300 homes, one block at a time.

The Home Builder

From rehabber to ground-up — 200 new SFRs and an infill book in historic 76104.

Took the crew vertical. Took control of the worst-loved lots in Fort Worth's historic Southside and rebuilt the block — small lots, real materials, COA-approved historic infill.

Won the City of Mesquite RFP for a 173-acre HUD-origin site and stood up Arcadia Trails — LIHTC senior, workforce BTR, SFR, and retail. Same playbook scaled across Hurst, Forney, and Arlington with LIHTC and BTR partners.
